Professional Experience
Alex practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, personal injury, trademark and copyright, business transactions, and will and estate litigation. He also has extensive experience in insurance defense and municipal law. He is licensed to practice law in Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining MacElree Harvey, Alex served as the Chief Military Prosecutor and Special Assistant United States Attorney for the District of South Carolina.

Memberships
Alex is an active member of the State Bars of Connecticut and Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, U.S. District Court for Connecticut and Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been with the Chester County Bar Association since 2002. Alex is a member of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom II.

Alex is the President of Valley Forge Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America and is a VFW, life member.

Alex's current military reserve assignment is as a logistics officer with the Defense Logistics Agency, Department of Defense.
