Brendan concentrates his practice in the areas
of land use, zoning, and commercial and civil litigation. He represents
developers, builders, landowners and homeowners' associations in
all aspects of land use, land development and zoning matters. Brendan
is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Brendan is also an experienced litigator whose practice includes the
representation of businesses and individuals in commercial litigation,
civil disputes and real estate matters.
Brendan is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations, and is active in many church and community organizations. He regularly participates in a number of local athletic leagues and sporting events.
