Chris concentrates his practice in product warranty
violations, plaintiff representation in personal injury cases, and
defense of civil rights violations. Prior to joining MacElree Harvey,
Chris engaged in private practice and served for seven years as
Deputy Attorney General for the Delaware Department of Justice.
Chris is a member of the American and Delaware
State Bar Associations. In addition, he is a member of the American
Association for Justice and Delaware Trial Lawyers Associations,
where he has served as Chair and Co-Chair of the Amicus Curiae Committee
for over 15 years. Chris is a frequent author and speaker on issues
related to consumer protection.
