Duie concentrates his practice in business transactions,
corporate governance, and general corporate representation, especially
for privately-held and family businesses. His practice includes
providing counsel regarding business structure planning, as well
as the formation of corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and other
entities. In addition to general contract preparation, negotiation,
and review, Duie also advises clients regarding other business agreements,
including employment and non-compete agreements, as well as shareholders
agreements and other owner agreements. He further provides representation
in the purchase and sale of real estate and the preparation and
review of leases. Duie also works with non-profit entities, in obtaining
federal and state tax exemptions, and non-profit governance. Duie
is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Duie is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester
County Bar Associations. In addition, he is President of the Board
of Trustees for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Autism Resource Center
("SPARC"), which provides behavioral therapeutic services
for children on the Autism spectrum.
