Felice concentrates her practice in family law
including divorce, protection from abuse, criminal domestic violence,
adoption, and prenuptial agreements. In addition, Felice is a trained
mediator and handles disputes involving property divisions, alimony,
custody, visitation, and support.
Felice recently completed a six-year term as
Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for the Delaware Lawyers Fund
for Client Protection and has served on various committees for the
Delaware State Bar Association.
Felice is a past Chairperson of the Family Law Section of the Delaware
State Bar Association and is also a member of the American Bar Association
and the Massachusetts State Bar Association.
Felice frequently lectures on family law matters for adult education
classes and public interest groups. She is a trained mediator and
a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the American
Bar Association. Felice was voted one of Delaware's Top Attorneys
in a survey conducted by Delaware Today Magazine.
