Professional Experience
Harry DiDonato is head of MacElree Harvey's business transactional group. He represents large and small businesses as well as individuals in business, real estate and banking matters. His practice includes the sale and acquisition of businesses; the sale, purchase and lease of commercial real estate; public and private financing; contractual relationships between parties including buy/sell agreements; employment agreements; business-to-business agreements succession planning, and tax related matters.

Harry's clients represent a variety of business segments including manufacturing and distribution, transportation, leasing, and service providers. Harry sits on the Advisory Boards for many of his clients, assisting them in strategic and tactical matters.

He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and on several occasions has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers magazine.

Memberships
Harry is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations. He is actively involved in the community and serves on several charitable and non-profit boards, including the Board of Trustees of Devon Preparatory School and the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.
