Joe concentrates his practice in estate planning
and administration, business succession planning, and taxation.
Joe represents high net worth individuals with various facets of
the law, including the preparation of individual and closely-held
business tax returns. Notably, Joe is also a Certified Public Accountant
and a Licensed Pennsylvania Realtor.
Joe provides first-hand guidance on the purchase
and financing of various real estate projects.
Joe has lectured on numerous estate topics,
including tax and charitable planning, use of disclaimers, and the
estate administration process.
Joe is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
and New Jersey.
Joe is a member and Past President of the Chester
County Estate Planning Council. He is also active in the Pennsylvania
and Chester County Bar Associations, and the West Chester Chamber
of Commerce.
