Professional Experience
John concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, probate litigation and criminal law. He has represented clients in automobile and highway design negligence cases, consumer protection, will contests, trust termination and modifications, corporate disputes, contract interpretation, white-collar crime, driving under the influence (DUI), and license suspension appeals. John is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in both State and Federal courts. John has also expanded his practice to include private mediation.


Memberships
Notably, John is a Past President of the Chester County Bar Association. He has been appointed a Special Master by the Court to hear discovery issues and partition matters and chair the Judicial Evaluation Questionnaire Task Force, which created the first-ever survey for trial attorneys concerning Judges for the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County. John has most recently won the Board of Directors award from the Chester County Bar Assocation for his work as Chair the Pro Bono Committee.

John is also currently serving as Treasurer of the John E. Stively American Inns of Court, an honor society for trial lawyers. He has served as President, Secretary, Treasurer and executive committee member of the Chester County Bar Foundation, and is an active member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. In 2005, he was recognized for his contributions as President at the Chester County Bar Association's President's Dinner. In addition, John is a Past President of the West Goshen Lions Club, where he is a Melvin Jones Fellow. John is Vice President of the Chester County Art Association.
