Kevin concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate finance, public finance and real estate. He further provides general business and corporate representation in areas such as entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, franchising and general contract services. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in most forms of commercial loan transactions. Kevin is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
