Kristin primarily concentrates her practice of law in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. In addition, Kristin’s fluency in Spanish and previous immigration-related work will allow her to expand into immigration matters handled by the firm.
A 2009 law school graduate, Kristin has earned valuable experience working for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Judge Susan Peikes Gantman, as a judicial intern where she was tasked with research and drafting responsibilities for opinions in the areas of civil and criminal law, civil procedure, contracts, and family law.
Kristin also earned valuable experience working as a Legal Assistant and Law Clerk for MacElree Harvey while obtaining her degree. Her work for the firm included trial preparation, drafting of appellate briefs for the Superior Court, preparation of a Petition for Allocatur to Supreme Court, immigration research, and serving Spanish-speaking clients.
Kristin is a member of the Chester County Bar Association.
