Leo practices in the areas of business and real
estate transactions, commercial litigation and creditors' rights
and bankruptcy. He represents businesses and individuals in complex
transactions, business disputes and insolvency proceedings. Leo
is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
After law school, Leo served a one-year judicial clerkship with the Honorable Charles R. Alexander
of the Court of Common Pleas of Clarion County, Pennsylvania. He then served as a judicial clerk and later as chief judicial clerk for the Honorable James R. Cavanaugh of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
Leo is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester
County Bar Associations. For the Chester County Bar Association,
he serves as Chair of the Commercial Bankruptcy and Insolvency Section.
Leo is actively involved in the community. He is an active member
of the Westtown Goshen Rotary Club and The Knights of Columbus Council
11319. He has also served on non-profit boards including the West
Chester Area Day Care Center, where he served two years as President,
and the Board of the Brandywine Battlefield Park Associates. Leo
has also volunteered his time with the United Way of Chester County
and the American Red Cross.
