Lenny focuses his practice on criminal defense
cases (juvenile law matters and serious felony offenses), personal
injury cases (auto accidents and slip and falls) and general litigation.
In addition, Lenny is experienced in handling business-related immigration
issues (such as H-2B visa petitions) and family-specific immigration concerns.
He is licensed
to practice in Federal Court Eastern District and United
States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining MacElree Harvey, Lenny was
a sole practitioner and handled cases involving medical malpractice,
civil defense and serious crime. Lenny's trial experience includes
over 12 jury trials and a large number of non-jury trials.
Lenny was recently appointed to the PA Supreme
Court's Interbranch Commission for Gender, Racial and Ethnic Fairness
by Senator Dominic Pileggi. He also is the Parliamentarian and Financial
Secretary for the Republican Committee of Chester County, and is
currently the Solicitor for Alan J. Randzin, Chester County Treasurer.
Lenny is active in the Chester County Bar Association,
serving as Past Chair of the Law Day Committee and on the Naturalization
Committee. Lenny has participated in the Law Related Education Section,
Criminal Defense Section and the newly formed Immigration Law Section.
For four years, he served as Chair of the Sole Practitioners Small
Firm Section.
Lenny is a member of the Board of Directors
for La Comunidad Hispana and is a member of the Longwood
Rotary. He also hosts the Latino Luncheon that meets once a month
to discuss topics unique to the Latino community.
