Michael's practice supports the needs of businesses
and home owners in a changing economic environment. Currently, these
needs have included mortgage foreclosures for creditors or loan
modification negotiations or short sales, for homeowners and commercial
land owners. He handles bankruptcy work for creditors and also has
extensive experience in mortgage foreclosures, collections and loan
workouts, general counsel work, and real estate litigation.
Michael is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts.
Michael is a member of the Pennsylvania and
Chester County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the BNI
Referral Network.
Currently, Michael serves as President of the
Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation. He is a Past President
of the West Chester Lions Club and is currently Chairman of the
Membership Committee. For these and other community contributions,
Michael was honored as a "Community Hero Torchbearer" carrying
the Olympic torch through West Chester, Pennsylvania, on its way
to the Olympic Games in Atlanta.
