Professional Experience
Matt concentrates his practice in business transactions, corporate governance and general corporate representation. In addition, his practice involves providing counsel on the formation of LLCs, partnerships and corporations. Matt provides counsel in the purchase, sale, and lease of real estate. As part of his practice, Matt prepares and drafts business agreements, including shareholders, employment, confidentiality, and non-compete agreements. Matt is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining MacElree Harvey, Matt was with Cushing & Dolan in Boston, where he was a member of the corporate and estate planning team. Matt gained notable experience during law school by working in the summers for the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the Department of Justice—Main Justice.
