Mary Ann brings to MacElree Harvey a well-respected,
established family law practice. Operating for sixteen years in
Chester County, Pennsylvania and New Castle County, Delaware, Mary
Ann concentrates on divorce, support, custody and adoption, estate
planning and administration, Mary Ann also handles real estate and
estate litigation. As a member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators
and the Delaware ADR committee, Mary Ann is able to provide alternative
dispute resolution and mediation as an option for client matters.
The Delaware Family Courts have appointed Mary Ann as a guardian
ad litem. She also chairs the Chester County Orphans' Court Mediation
Program.
Mary Ann is a member of the Doris Jonas Freedman
Inn of Court. In addition, she is a member of the Delaware and Pennsylvania
Bar Associations and has served on the Board of Directors of the
Chester County Bar Association.
Mary Ann has served on several civic
Boards of Directors including the Kennett Square YMCA, Chester County
Futures, and the Kennett Township Planning Commission. Mary Ann
enjoys volunteering her time to the Continuing Education Department
of Longwood Gardens.
