Pete concentrates his practice on criminal law, including criminal
appeals and juvenile delinquency matters, representation of individuals
and entities in regulatory matters, as well as civil litigation.
Prior to being associated with MacElree Harvey, Pete established
a significant criminal law practice in West Chester, handling a
variety of criminal cases at both the state and federal court level.
Before going into private practice, Pete served as an Assistant
Public Defender with the Chester County Public Defender's Office.
Pete is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
In addition, Pete is currently a member of the Chester County Bar
Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
(PACDL) and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL).
