Tim focuses his practice in Personal Injury cases
and handles diverse types of matters in both the state and federal
courts, including car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian
accidents, slip and falls, dangerous products/products liability
cases and medical malpractice. Tim has experience in negotiating
with insurance companies and trying accident cases involving injuries
and deaths.
Tim was named by Main Line Today magazine as
one of the areas Top Personal Injury Litigators.
Tim is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes
the Top Trial Lawyers in America with membership limited
to attorneys who have won million dollar awards or settlements on
behalf of their clients.
Tim is the author of many publications on Personal Injury
law and has published two books, A
Lawyers Guide to Purchasing Car Insurance and
A Lawyers Guide to Personal Injury Cases. Tim
also publishes a Blog providing News and
Information on Personal Injury Law.
Tim is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations
and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also a Board Member of the Kennett at
Longwood Rotary Club.
