Tim focuses his practice in personal injury and civil litigation cases. He handles diverse types of civil cases in both the State and Federal courts, including personal injury (auto accidents, product liability, slip and falls, and medical malpractice) and general civil and commercial litigation.
For 13 years, Tim has been helping people who have been injured in accidents. He has experience in negotiating with insurance companies and trying accident cases involving injuries and deaths. In 2007, Tim was named by Main Line Today magazine as one of the area’s “Top Personal Injury Litigators.”
Tim is the author of many publications on personal injury and civil litigation and writes a legal column, “Legal Lines,” for the Kennett Paper. Tim has published a book titled A Lawyer’s Guide to Purchasing Car Insurance and writes a blog called News and Information on Personal Injury Law.
Tim is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations
and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. He is also a Board Member of the Kennett at
Longwood Rotary Club.
