Bill concentrates his practice on employment
and civil rights matters, advising and representing individuals
as well as businesses. He also has extensive experience in other
areas of Federal and State Court civil litigation, including insurance,
privacy law and commercial transactions. Bill is licensed in Pennsylvania
and North Carolina.
Bill has practiced in West Chester for twenty-three
years, and for five years as an Army Judge Advocate General before
that. He is a frequent speaker at seminars on various aspects of
employment law.
Bill is involved in a number of professional and community associations, including the Pennsylvania, Chester County and American Bar Associations and the National Employment Lawyers' Association. He also continues to serve as a Colonel in the Army Reserve.
