About the Attorneys

Peter E. Kratsa joined MacElree Harvey four years ago. He has 17 years of litigation experience, concentrating his practice in the area of criminal defense. Pete's criminal practice includes state and federal matters, trials and appeals, as well as juvenile delinquency matters. In addition, he represents individuals as well as entities in an array of civil litigation matters.

Brian L. Nagle, joined the firm five years ago, contributing valuable municipal solicitor experience to the Land Use and Zoning team. Brian now represents developers, entrepreneurs, institutions, and individuals in matters relative to land use, zoning, real estate acquisition, and tax assessment appeals and other associated matters.

Brendan P. Burke has been with MacElree Harvey for seven years and represents businesses and individuals in a variety of civil and commercial litigation matters. Additionally, Brendan represents business owners and developers in real estate matters and real estate-related litigation.  

Alexander J. Chotkowski has been with the firm for five years and has over 15 years of civil and criminal litigation experience, including a former appointment as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney. Alex brings a highly skilled and in-depth understanding of handling complex litigation matters in both the State and Federal courts. Alex represents clients in matters relative to personal injury, estate disputes, product liability, medical malpractice, and construction mishaps.
