MacElree Harvey is pleased to announce that two partners, William T. Wilson and Brian L. Nagle, have been elected to top Chester County Bar Association (CCBA) positions.
William T. Wilson has been elected Secretary of the Bar Association. Brian Nagle has been re-elected President of the Bar Foundation.
The CCBA has over 975 members. The Foundation's goal "is to fund initiatives which strengthen the ties between the residents of Chester County and the justice system."
Bill represents businesses and individuals in civil rights and employment law matters. He has extensive experience in federal and state court civil litigation, including insurance, privacy law and commercial transactions. A graduate of The Citadel, Bill served in the United States Army for 33 years (1976-2009), 7 years of service was on active duty. He received his law degree from Duke University.
Brian Nagle's practice focuses on representing developers, entrepreneurs, institutions and individuals in land use, zoning, tax assessment appeals and related litigation. Brian has extensive knowledge and experience in managing matters at the municipal and state government levels, also having previously represented various municipalities as a solicitor. A graduate of The Catholic University of America, Brian received his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 2000. He also previously served as a law clerk for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
