forward to working with the Board as the Association celebrates its 75th
anniversary in 2006." He has been a member of the board since 2001. The Chester County Art Association is a non-profit, cultural organization that promotes participation in the arts through quality instruction, exhibitions, and community outreach. The organization, founded in 1931, is located at 100 North Bradford Avenue in West Chester. At MacElree Harvey, John concentrates his practice in the
