Peter E. Kratsa, Esq. Joins MacElree Harvey
Kratsa will concentrate his practice on criminal law, including criminal appeals and juvenile delinquency matters, as well as civil litigation.

Prior to being associated with MacElree Harvey, Kratsa was a Partner with Donatoni & Kratsa, a West Chester-based private firm handling a variety of criminal cases at both the state and federal court level. Before going into private practice, Kratsa served as an Assistant Public Defender with the Chester County Public Defender's Office.

Kratsa earned his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Richmond where he was a member of Phi Alpha Theta (National History Honor Fraternity, Phi Gamma Delta (International Fraternity), and Aereopagus (English Honor Society). Kratsa then earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Delta Phi (Legal Fraternity), Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and wrote for The Docket, the Law School's newspaper.

Kratsa, admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, currently is a member of the Chester County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL).

Kratsa is located in the West Chester office of MacElree Harvey.
