Teti and Urie gave an hour's presentation on the subject of Succession Planning during the seminar in Wyomissing on September 30. The meeting included a case analysis on "Evaluating/Weighing the degrees of advocacy in a valuation report for a purchase/sale of an enterprise." Teti's practice areas include estate planning and administration, business succession planning, real estate and taxation. His practice concentrates in the areas of wills, trusts, business and tax planning contracts, corporate and real estate law. Teti, who is active in professional organizations and is a past President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Chester County Bar Association, is a frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in the areas of estate planning, tax planning and estate administration. Urie concentrates his practice in the areas of taxation, estate planning and administration, and corporate law. Before joining MacElree Harvey, Jim worked for the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel, in the Small Business/Self-Employed Division. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is also licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court. |
