Super Lawyers magazine names top up-and-coming attorneys in the state.

MacElree Harvey attorney Shannon K. Brophy has been named a Pennsylvania Rising Star for 2007. Using a ranking system based on peer assessments and independent research, Super Lawyers magazine annually names the top attorneys in the state.

Shannon concentrates her practice of law in the areas of civil and commercial litigation and family law. She is involved in all levels of the litigation process from Magisterial District Court through the appellate process and is licensed to appear in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Third District.

In addition, Shannon serves as Chair Elect of the Young Lawyers Division of the Chester County Bar Association, section member of the Family Law and Women in the Practice of Law sections of the Bar Association, member of the Stively Players and Women's Referral Network of Chester County, and is a volunteer with the Core Team at St. Norbert's Roman Catholic Church in Paoli, Pennsylvania where she serves as a Certified Safe Environment Trainer.
