Attorney Alex Chotkowski recently earned a Masters of Liberal Arts Degree (MLA) with a concentration in public policy from the University of Pennsylvania College of Professional Studies. The coursework covered an in-depth study of law making and the application of law to various policies in government relations, employment, civil rights, and technology protection. MacElree Harvey and its clients will benefit from Alex's understanding of emerging trends in law making and application.

Alex concentrates his practice of law on civil and commercial litigation including personal injury, trademark and copyrights, business transactions, and wills and estates. Alex is licensed to practice in both Federal and State Court. Additionally, Alex is a Major in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves and currently serves as a logistic officer with the Defense Logistic Agency, Department of Defense.
