We are pleased to announce the selection of Tim Rayne and Duke Schneider as Executive Committee members. Based upon the firm's recent growth and expansion into Delaware, the Executive Committee was formed to assist Managing Partner Lance Nelson with the day-to-day management of the firm.

Tim Rayne, based in our Kennett Square office, has been with MacElree Harvey for 15 years. Tim is a member of the Litigation Department and concentrates his practice of law on personal injury cases, handling automobile accident, slip and fall, medical malpractice and product liability cases.

Duke Schneider has been with MacElree Harvey since 1998. Duke is a member of the Business and Estates Departments and concentrates his practice on estate planning and administration, corporate law and taxation. Duke primarily works with family-owned and closely held businesses on succession planning, family wealth transfer planning and the structure of family-owned and closely held business enterprises. He also works with individuals on a wide variety of estate and wealth transfer planning matters.

Both Tim and Duke are excited about working with Lance concerning the business operations of MacElree Harvey.
