Seasoned municipal and appellate attorney will complement Land Use and Zoning and Litigation practices. MacElree Harvey is pleased to announce that John D. Snyder, Esquire has joined the firm. John is a veteran municipal and appellate attorney who has served as solicitor to dozens of municipalities, school districts, zoning hearing boards, and planning commissions. In addition, he has represented landowners, developers and neighbor-protestants, and has a broad range of appellate experience. John will work with MacElree Harvey's Land Use and Zoning and Litigation groups and will be located in the West Chester office. Mary Ann Rossi, head of the Land Use group at MacElree Harvey, comments on the hiring, "John is a well-respected municipal and appellate lawyer in Chester County. His expertise complements the talent of our Land Use group and will allow us to continue to provide exceptional client service." Lance Nelson, Managing Partner of MacElree Harvey, echoes Mary Ann's comments and adds, "Despite the downturn in the real estate market right now, our Land Use group continues to manage a significant workload. The addition of John to the team will help us not only to attract new clients, but to manage the work already in house." John is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations. |
