The contributions from each have been valuable to the firm as it expands its range of practice areas to meet the ever-growing needs of Chester County and the surrounding communities.

Lenny Rivera joined MacElree Harvey in 2002 and concentrates his practice on criminal defense, personal injury, immigration and general litigation. Based in the firm's Kennett Square office, Lenny's clients include members of the Latino and agricultural communities. Senior Partner William Gallagher comments on the value Rivera brings to the firm's ability to reach businesses and residents in Southern Chester County, "Lenny's involvement in the Latino community has helped to establish him as a trusted advisor both to business owners and families in the area. These strong relationships have formed a foundation from which other MacElree Harvey attorneys can be of service."

A graduate of The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University (J.D.) and Temple University Beasley School of Law (LL.M.), Lenny is active in the Chester County Bar Association, was recently appointed by Senator Dominic Pileggi to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's Interbranch Commission, serves as Parliamentarian and Financial Secretary for the Republican Committee of Chester County and is Solicitor for Chester County's Treasurer, Alan Randzin.

Harry DiDonato, head of the Business Transactions group at MacElree Harvey notes that Jim's "knowledge and application of tax law is exceptional. He is a critical resource for our business clients - both small and large, non-profit or publicly traded."

Jim is a member of the Chester County, Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. A graduate of Widener School of Law (J.D.) and Villanova University School of Law (LL.M.), Jim is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and before the United States Tax Court.
