The State House of Representatives offers scholarships of up to $2500 to Pennsylvania high school seniors. The 2009-2010 application process is underway. Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis. Applicants are required to have a 3.0 grade point average and must submit an essay about the impact and substance of the Open Records Law (Act 2 of 2008) that took effect on January 1.
