Harry J. DiDonato, Timothy F. Rayne, Mary Ann Rossi, and Louis N. Teti, all partners with the Chester County law firm MacElree Harvey, were recently named Super Lawyers by Super Lawyers magazine. The Super Lawyers list appears in the magazines June 2009 issue. The list of Philadelphia area Super Lawyers also appears in the June 2009 issue of Philadelphia magazine. Harry DiDonato, a three-time Super Lawyer designee, was selected for his practice of business/corporate law. Tim Rayne, who practices personal injury law, received his first Super Lawyer recognition this year. Mary Ann Rossi was selected for the fifth year in a row for her work in land use and zoning and real estate. Lou Teti, also a five-time honoree, was named Super Lawyer in the estate planning and probate section, business/corporate law, and real estate areas. The objective of the Super Lawyer designation is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel. The Super Lawyers selection process involves three basic steps: creation of the candidate pool, evaluation of candidates by the research department, and peer evaluation by practice area. Only the top 5% within each practice area are designated Super Lawyers.
