MacElree Harvey is pleased to announce that eleven of the firm’s thirty attorneys have been designated as either a SuperLawyer or Rising Star by SuperLawyers magazine. Annually, the publication identifies a comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys to help consumers and other lawyers find appropriate legal representation. This year the following MacElree Harvey attorneys are listed as SuperLawyers: Bill Gallagher (general litigation), Lance Nelson (family law), Tim Rayne (personal injury), Mary Ann Rossi (land use and zoning), Lou Teti (estate planning, business/corporate law and real estate) and Bill Wilson (employment). SuperLawyers employs a three-step process, which includes peer evaluations, for the identification of candidates and final selection. Only 5% of all attorneys are designated as SuperLawyers. The designation of Rising Star is limited to attorneys who are 40-years old or younger and who have practiced law for at least ten years. The selection process is much the same as with the SuperLawyers and only 2.5% of the eligible attorneys are selected to be Rising Stars. MacElree Harvey Rising Stars include: Brendan Burke (land use and zoning), Duie Latta (business/corporate), Brian Nagle (land use and zoning), J.P. Sanchez (general litigation) and Jim Urie (business/corporate).
