  • Advice on subdivisions for estate planning purposes as well as condominium formation to facilitate multi-family development.
  • Assistance to clients with redevelopment, particularly of brownfields sites, primarily in boroughs. The boroughs generally favor these projects because they bring much needed revitalization in difficult economic times.
  • Consultation when issues arise with building permit applications or other construction code matters. An understanding of the administrative process involved in these issues allows us to advise our clients on the likelihood of success in an application for relief under these codes and the implications for future projects.
