Additionally, MacElree Harvey has an active alternative dispute resolution practice where parties can mediate or arbitrate the outcome of their conflict, often at a much lower cost in terms of dollars and emotional stress.

One chairs the Chester County Orphans Court mediation committee and is involved in the Delaware State Bar Association Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Another is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.  MacElree Harvey is also fortunate that one of our Family Law Associates is fluent in Spanish.  Our attorneys also devote their expertise on a pro bono basis to various legal aid and child advocacy organizations.
