Zoning

The Group's attorneys frequently represent clients before zoning hearing boards in applications appealing a zoning officer's decision or for special exceptions or variances. MacElree Harvey has the resources and experience to meet all of our clients' zoning needs.

Virtually any land use project requires multiple approvals from various agencies and awareness of all the potential regulatory steps required is essential to prevent surprise or delay.

Conservation
The Land Use Group advises clients regarding the possibilities and available benefits of designating property for the conservation of agricultural land and the preservation of property with environmentally and historically significant features.

The attorneys at MacElree Harvey work to achieve our clients' goals for land preservation and conservation, such as preserving open space, obtaining historical designation, or seeking placement of property within an agricultural security area.
