Kristin concentrates her practice primarily on litigation-related matters. She is fluent in Spanish and is a valuable asset to the firm's growing immigration practice. A 2009 law school graduate, Kristin worked for the firm as a law clerk and also clerked for the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, Judge Susan Peikes Gantman, while obtaining her law degree.

• Assisted client in a child custody relocation case; the court allowed client to relocate with children.
• Successfully assisted United States citizen in bringing over her foreign national fiance just in time for their wedding.

• Represented an out-of-state client arguing that jurisdiction and venue in Chester County were improper—the court agreed.
