Lenny represents individuals in criminal defense matters (juvenile law and serious felony offenses), personal injury cases (auto accidents and slip and falls), immigration matters, and provides general litigation support. In addition, Lenny is experienced in a range of business-related immigration issues and supports small businesses.

Recent Representations

• Represented family whose 16-year-old daughter died post-operative in a medical malpractice claim against dentist and hospital. Case was settled for significant amount and family felt vindicated and grateful.
• Represented veteran in criminal matter where a sentence of 1 year was offered by the A.D.A. Client ended up doing a lot less time as a result of attorney advocacy.
• Represented a U.S. citizen married to a foreign national. Initially denied adjustment but then successful in getting foreign national permanent resident status.
