Lou is an experienced attorney who represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of estate, business and tax planning matters. A frequent lecturer for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Lou speaks on estate planning, tax planning and estate administration.

Prior to joining MacElree Harvey, Lou maintained a private practice in Exton. He is a native of Chester County.
