As a former Public Defender for Chester County and Captain in the Marine Corps, Bill's proclivity for trying complex litigation cases comes as no surprise.  In 1973, Bill merged his firm with MacElree, Platt and Harvey to create the firm of MacElree, Harvey, Gallagher, and Kean. Over the past thirty-seven years, Bill has handled difficult personal injury and professional malpractice cases and supports his clients' family law and estates needs.
