Dear Cheryl:

I believe you and Tim probably have the best jobs in the world. I say that because you make a client feel good and not like a statistic or a number. Tim has a heart of gold and you are a wonderful lady and I thank you for taking time out to email me.

I give you guys a 10 plus plus for your service. Tim has stuck by me since the ensuing days after the accident. He has kept in constant touch with me over the intervening years and it made me feel like he and his staff really did stick with me in my corner.

I wish you guys did a client survey for feedback on your attorneys and staff because I believe that Tim would score highly. Again, my compliments to you and to Tim because even though my case may seem small, it was a big deal to me and Tim’s empathy, understanding and patience has made me realize that no matter how grand or small a case may be, he treats his clients equally well. Thank you, Cheryl, and please my thanks to Tim. I will recommend him to anyone who is hurt or injured in an accident.  Whoooo-hoooo to MacElree Harvey .
