Danielle began her legal career as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant with Crossland & Associates and had several years of experience in estate planning, estate probate, real estate and business law prior to becoming an attorney. Danielle works primarily with clients to ensure that they have appropriate estate plans in place. Danielle believes in ensuring that each estate plan is tailored specifically to the needs of her clients. She is also experienced in trust planning and works closely with clients, financial institutions and advisors to ensure clients have properly funded their trusts.
Making Delaware her home in the early 2000s, Danielle is a graduate of Middletown High School and the University of Delaware. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Delaware’s Division of Professional and Continuing Studies. She graduated cum laude from Widener University Delaware Law School where she was President of the Moot Court Honor Society, a member of Transactional Law Honor Society, and the winner of the Fall 2018 Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition. In 2020, she received the Graham Foundation Award which is awarded annually to the graduating student whose demonstrated intellect and commitment to the Moot Court Honor Society merit exceptional recognition.
Danielle is the Public Relations Director for Why I Love Jesus, a non-profit organization dedicated to sharing personal faith stories around the world. She also volunteers as a judge for intrascholastic competitions for Delaware Law School.
