The MacElree Harvey team, led by partner Harry DiDonato, recently represented Novus X-ray LLC, a provider of advanced X-ray food inspection systems, in its acquisition by John Bean Technologies Corporation (JBT), a leading global technology solutions provider to high-value segments of the food & beverage industry.
According to PRNewswire, JBT Corporation has purchased certain assets of Novus X-Ray LLC. Novus X-ray technology will be integrated into JBT’s Protein and Liquid Foods system offerings, providing greater value to customers. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
