MacElree Harvey is pleased to share that Lou Mincarelli, Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and former Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Chester County, has completed a continuing legal education program offered through the American Arbitration Association.
The program, administered for CLE credit by Cerifi LegalEdge, reflects Lou’s continued commitment to professional development in the areas of arbitration, dispute resolution, and litigation practice. With decades of experience as both a trial attorney and judge, Lou brings a practical and informed perspective to complex legal matters, including criminal defense, family law, commercial litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
His completion of this program further strengthens his ability to serve clients and colleagues in matters involving alternative dispute resolution and litigation strategy.
