MacElree Harvey is proud to announce that Judge Lou Mincarelli has been selected to serve as a Partition/Discovery Hearing Officer in Chester County.
With Judge Mincarelli’s appointment, MacElree Harvey now has three attorneys serving the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in court-appointed roles:
- Judge Lou Mincarelli – Partition/Discovery Hearing Officer
- John F. McKenna – Partition/Discovery Hearing Officer
- Brian L. Nagle – Partition and Board of View
As Partition/Discovery Hearing Officers, Judge Lou Mincarelli and John F. McKenna may be appointed by the Court to assist in resolving specialized matters involving partition actions and discovery disputes. In these roles, they help the Court address issues that arise during litigation and facilitate the fair and efficient resolution of disputes.
Brian L. Nagle serves in Partition matters and on the Board of View, where he may be called upon to evaluate property-related disputes, hear evidence, and assist in matters involving issues such as property rights, private roads, eminent domain, and the assessment of damages.
The selection of three MacElree Harvey attorneys for these roles is particularly meaningful for a firm that has served individuals, businesses, municipalities, and organizations throughout Chester County and the surrounding region for more than a century.
