While it is certainly necessary, discussing and developing a will is not an easy thing to do. When you have a child who has special needs, estate planning is even more important, and for me and my husband, even more difficult. We are so grateful to Steve for walking us through this process step-by-step with impressive knowledge, compassion, and understanding. I’m sure that there are many attorneys who are “qualified” to conduct estate planning. I can’t imagine that there are many who care as much as Steve does about the people he is helping. My husband and I never felt like we were just “clients.” Steve’s professional, yet sensitive and genuine approach made us feel like we mattered to him, and that our son’s well-being was important to him, too. We will absolutely use Steve again in the future. If you want to hire an attorney who has reasonable rates and really does “put people first,” then your search is over- Steve is your guy!

After contacting many of the attorneys you see on TV ads, I finally found the gem. I was involved in an accident which after I was transported by ambulance to the hospital, given an EKG and CT scan and released which took 4 hours. I didn’t carry normal health insurance at the time of the incident. I later received a hospital bill for over $16,000.00. Despite explaining my situation, a motor vehicle accident that I was the NOT at fault party, every attorney I spoke to wanted to know what injuries I had sustained and what treatment I was pursuing. When I said thankfully, neither I nor the other party was injured, they all told me they weren’t able to help and I would be responsible for that $16,000.00 bill.

I did one more search on the computer and came across Mr. Timothy F. Rayne. Not only was he pleasant to work with, he personally reached me and gave me all the legal guidance to put this behind me almost a year after the initial accident occurred. This person is a great guy. It is a pleasure to write a review on the services MacElree Harvey provided, specifically Mr. Michael Louis and Mr. Patrick Gallo. While my situation would likely be considered a minor case, for me it was very concerning. After contacting Mr. Louis he immediately assisted with a time sensitive court document and addressed my concerns regarding financial liability. After the initial concern was addressed, Mr. Patrick Gallo worked diligently on negotiating a reasonable settlement and provided me with several options.
