Jeremy is an attorney in the West Chester office whose practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning, estate and trust administration, Orphans’ Court litigation, as well as business and real estate matters.

As an estate planning attorney, Jeremy understands that an estate plan is more than a set of legal documents. Jeremy assists his estate planning clients by focusing on the client as an individual or family unit, paying specific attention to the client’s family relationships, their goals, and the ultimate legacy that each client endeavors to leave behind. Jeremy works closely with each client to identify their specific goals, ranging from planning for future generations, asset and wealth preservation, succession planning, and ensuring that health care and end of life wishes are known and honored. Jeremy works with clients to utilize the best estate planning tools for each individual and family including Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, Spousal Lifetime Access Trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, and private foundations.

Jeremy also assists clients through all phases of estate and trust administration, helping individuals navigate the legal process following the passing of a loved one. Jeremy also represents both fiduciaries and individuals in litigation matters before the Orphans’ Court. Jeremy further assists his clients by providing representation in guardianship matters.

Jeremy enjoys representing business owners through all stages of the life cycle of a business and all issues that arise along the way. Jeremy counsels individuals and businesses regarding both commercial and residential real estate matters.

Jeremy has a diverse background that allows him to better understand all issues a client may be facing. He spent time as a financial advisor and has past legal experience in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage disputes, and professional liability litigation.

Jeremy earned his law degree from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law and received his Bachelor of Arts in political science, with a minor in pre-law, from Taylor University. Jeremy currently serves as Chair of the Orphans’ Court, Estate Planning & Probate Section of the Bucks County Bar Association and participates as a presenter in professional seminars throughout the region.

Jeremy currently resides in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with his wife and daughter.

Krzysztof Bozentka is a corporate attorney whose practice spans the full lifecycle of a business, from entity formation to dissolution, with a particular focus on general corporate matters, commercial transactions, and intellectual property. He regularly assists emerging companies and established businesses with governance, contract drafting and negotiation, and reorganizations.

Krzysztof’s practice includes advising clients on mergers and acquisitions. He works with companies across industries to structure deals, identify risks early, and provide clear, practical guidance that keeps transactions moving efficiently.

In addition to his corporate and transactional work, Krzysztof maintains a robust intellectual property practice, primarily helping businesses protect and leverage brand assets through trademark registration, maintenance, and enforcement.

Before joining the firm, Krzysztof worked for a Fortune 500 company in Philadelphia in its global supply chain and procurement department. His time working inside a large corporation provided him with practical business insight into how companies operate, make decisions, and approach risk. Prior to his return to the firm, Krzysztof practiced at an Am Law 200 firm in Philadelphia, focusing on commercial agreements within the manufacturing, supply chain and logistics sectors, where he strengthened his contract drafting and negotiation. This combination of in‑house and big‑firm experience gives Krzysztof a distinctive perspective which is grounded, business‑oriented, and attentive to what truly matters to clients.

Nicholas S. Eisel is an attorney in MacElree Harvey’s Business Law Department, where he assists clients with a wide range of corporate and transactional matters.

A Chester County native, Nicholas grew up in Kennett Square and has returned to the area to begin his legal career. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, and his Juris Doctor from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in Philadelphia, graduating in May 2024.

During law school, Nicholas gained valuable experience in both the public and private sectors. He completed a summer internship with The Marmon Group in Chicago, Illinois, and later an externship with Spadea Lignana, a transactional franchise law firm in Philadelphia. After graduating, he served as a judicial law clerk in Camden County, New Jersey, where he worked primarily on criminal matters before returning to his interest in transactional and business law.

Katherine A. Isard has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, commercial real estate matters, and construction litigation. In her 12 year solo practice, she successfully represented clients in arbitration, state and federal courts, and transactional matters. Matthew Cooper is a corporate attorney focused on small- to mid-market mergers and acquisitions, representing buyers and sellers across a wide range of industries throughout the Mid-Atlantic. He regularly advises business owners on sell-side transactions involving both private equity-backed and strategic buyers, and he also represents financial and strategic buyers in acquisitions, roll-ups, and growth-driven transactions.

  • Represented 501(c)(3) corporation in its borrowing of $163 million in sustainability bonds to fundraise the construction, development, and implementation of new and existing structural improvements to one of the country’s premier horticultural display gardens.
  • Represented OTC-listed client in obtaining $20 million equity line of credit with securities registered on Form S-1.
  • Represented private fund client in its $25 million offering of subscription units for fund’s targeted investments in one of the U.S. Treasury Department’s Qualified Opportunity Zones with a focus on start-up businesses in the internet infrastructure, cellular coverage, and green technology spaces.
  • Represented Chester County distillery in $1.5 million private placement of securities to accredited investors.
  • Represented Chester County distillery in its $1.2 million private placement offering of securities under Regulation Crowdfunding.
  • Represented Philadelphia-based coffee roastery in $2 million private placement of securities to accredited and non-accredited investors; preparation of Private Placement Memorandum.
