Elias brings his creative problem solving and persistence to solve complex legal issues and provide excellent counsel to his clients.

Elias is an Associate in the firm’s Business Department. His practice serves both business and litigation needs, drawing from his prior experience as a complex commercial litigator and an Assistant District Attorney. He advises clients across a range of business matters and has managed litigation in state and federal courts, including class actions, constitutional claims, environmental matters, and business torts.
Notable Representations
- Counsel to numerous clients regarding multimillion-dollar asset and stock purchase agreements.
- Counsel to numerous clients regarding employment disputes, entity formation, real estate purchases, strategic planning, and limiting liability.
- Completion of a Land Management Plan to increase both timber yield and biodiversity for an agricultural client.
- Counsel for class of former property owners in the Second and Ninth Circuits alleging constitutional claims against governmental entities for taking surplus proceeds from tax foreclosure sales.
- Successful resolution of multi-million-dollar lawsuit regarding economic injuries resulting from a chemical spill into a riverway.
- Successful pre-suit settlement regarding potential class of consumers of defective products.
- Representation of claims under the U.S. Constitution’s Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments against the City of Philadelphia.
- Counsel for plaintiffs in Edmondson, et al., v. Raniere et al., No. 20-cv-00485 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York alleging human trafficking and racketeering charges against cult leader Keith Raniere and his “inner circle.”
- Counsel for plaintiffs in Miller, et al., v. Arab Bank, No. 18-cv-2192 alleging violations of the Anti-Terrorism Act.
