Judge Lou Mincarelli served as a respected Common Pleas Judge in West Chester, Pennsylvania, since 2022, and joined MacElree Harvey in January of 2024. Mincarelli will focus his practice on Criminal, Family and Commercial Litigation as part of MacElree Harvey’s Litigation Department. Mincarelli has previously served the citizens of Pennsylvania as a victim advocate, as an Assistant District Attorney, and as a defender of the less fortunate as a partner in private practice.
