It is a pleasure to write a review on the services MacElree Harvey provided, specifically Mr. Michael Louis and Mr. Patrick Gallo. While my situation would likely be considered a minor case, for me it was very concerning. After contacting Mr. Louis he immediately assisted with a time sensitive court document and addressed my concerns regarding financial liability. After the initial concern was addressed, Mr. Patrick Gallo worked diligently on negotiating a reasonable settlement and provided me with several options. Both Mr. Gallo and Mr. Louis were always available, provided detailed explanations, were extremely professional, and treated my case with the utmost importance. In addition, their rates were very fair as they went “above and beyond” to assist. Thank you both for all your help.

Lance was an incredible attorney to work with during the entire divorce process. His knowledge of law, the courts and how thing moved along was second to none! He was always two steps ahead of everyone else in the room. When numbers were flying, situations were changing or when emotions were high, Lance always had a plan. He would suggest times to refrain from talking or debating and every time he stopped me, it was for the best. I found it amazing that an attorney would know so much about accounting principles, taxes, and business decisions. He would present issues or concepts that were reasonable and the Hearing Officer or other attorneys accepted. Lastly, he would make suggestions to me on the side about keeping the children first, looking at the big picture and how to possibly avoid additional hearings or attorney fees. Lance kept my case out of the courts with his negotiations skills I was not disappointed at any moment during the divorce process that I had Lance represent me!

I was at my wits end. Tired and frustrated. I hired Caroline to defend my teenager and his underage drinking charge. Caroline not only presented the case in a clear concise professional manner, she went above and beyond to comfort me and assure me that it will be ok. Caroline has the ability to connect with her clients, even a teenager. I believe he listened to her advice even more then mine. I pray I will not have to use Caroline’s expertise again but I will certainly recommend her and praise her wonderful dedication to her profession. I had a very long elaborate and stressful case. I have no idea what I would have done if Patrick was not there. I was terribly afraid of the outcome of my case and it was in and out of court for years and I felt it would never end. Patrick took great care of me and was very compassionate. He reached out to me all the time and was very on top of all updates of my case. He has an immense attention to detail and truly cares about your case as if it was his children he was fighting for. I think he is very knowledgeable and was able to fight many pieces of the case that could have been turned negatively against me or certain evidence was thrown out if he didn’t know the law as he does. He is very organized and knows exactly when to present what.

I feel as though with all things Patrick made sure my case went towards the best possible outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a lawyer whether your case is simple or complicated you will be very satisfied if you hire Patrick. I went through so much and was beyond emotional through most of this and he continued to be there for me and still is with providing me with resolutions.
