After encountering an issue with adopting our dog, we didn’t really know where we would ever find help and support. While it is certainly necessary, discussing and developing a will is not an easy thing to do. When you have a child who has special needs, estate planning is even more important, and for me and my husband, even more difficult. I’m sure that there are many attorneys who are “qualified” to conduct estate planning. I can’t imagine that there are many who care as much as Steve does about the people he is helping. MacElree Harvey has recently helped us with re-writing our Wills. Our old Wills were a bit of a “spaghetti mess” and hard to follow. By just answering three or four questions posed by MacElree Harvey we were able to streamline our last wishes…..VERY HELPFUL!
