While it is certainly necessary, discussing and developing a will is not an easy thing to do. When you have a child who has special needs, estate planning is even more important, and for me and my husband, even more difficult. When my tiny company was sued by a massive global corporation as I was trying to protect my rights under their contract, I have to admit that I was horrified.
