I was in a pickle for sure! I was fighting my 2nd DUI with in 10 years. So I was definitely out of luck for trying something and basically just taking the punishment of what the system could give me. At the start, we were just trying to keep the damage to a minimum. I had come to the acceptance of what I was supposed to receive. However, unlike other Lawyers, Caroline looked into what it looked like 2 or 3 more times at my case where it should have been just a quick dollar she could make on a simple case. It was difficult finding a lawyer to handle our zoning case. Some lawyers did not return my phone calls and others were indifferent. We were so happy to find Matthew McKeon. I hired Marie Crossley to represent me during a Court hearing that I had scheduled where I was requesting to modify my Child Custody agreement and relocation to another state where I could have more support to raise my two sons. Relocation cases are never easy but Marie did a very good job at showing the court that it was in the best interest of my children to relocate to live with my fiancé and I and his family since we had no support system here in DE and their father did not have a sufficient level of involvement in the boys lives. Many factors went into the outcome of our case but ultimately the judge ruled to allow the boys and I to move and put a visitation schedule in place that would allow their dad to still have frequent and meaningful visits with the children. I am very grateful for all the support and guidance Marie provided me during this case and I know the positive outcome we had will have a very positive impact on my children’s lives for years to come.

It was a long 2-year process but with the help of Patrick Boyer of Macelree Harvey, I was victorious. Don’t let the young look of Mr. Boyer fool you, he knows the law and will fight for what is right. I recommend him 10000 times over.
